Espresso Bar
Our house espresso blend comprises arabica beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Costa Rica and Sumatra. It is an unpretentious, full-bodied espresso, heavy with a golden-brown crema and with a caramel-like viscosity. In milk, it stands out well with hints of chocolate and a lingering aftertaste.
Menu
We order our freshly roasted beans in small batches, and ensure that they are consumed within a very narrow window of time. Our baristas are trained to extract espressos which reflect the full personality of the blend, and to steam fresh milk for each cup to the perfect temperature, bringing out the milk’s natural sweetness.
